1. If you don’t have to pick it up from anywhere, Please give me your detailed address, I can give you door to door price which include sea freight and land transport.

Please send us you own design or photo or our website ID to us, You can give us your preference, for example, material preference, color preference, style or profile preference, quantities and required delivery time. If you don’t have any request, we will give you the reply according to our factory general size and color.

3. we will respond to your request within 2 or 24 hours with an itemized quote, including photo, unit weight, unit cube, unit price, total amount, freight charges, payment term, approximate delivery schedule and so on. 4. Between us we will sign a Sales and Purchase Agreement. Depending on the terms of the deal, we may request a deposit payment before the order is produced or shipped. After the cargo leave the port, we will give you full set of documents by email or express.

Step7. Our shipping forwarder will arrange the container loading and make photos to ensure all the goods are safe and sound

Q1. How can we get the sample?

We will provide the free sample to you, if you have the courier account, please provide it to us, or the express fee should be charged by your company. Our sample payment terms include West Union, Paypal and Money Gram.

Q2. How do you deal with the Quality Control?

Our professional inspectors will go through the dimensions, color consistence, and finishing to check every piece of product carefully again and again. Once confirm the quality of products is ok, they will pack the products.

Q3. How do you deal with the compensation?

If the products are damaged, we will make the replacement to you. Another way is that once you place the new order, we will give you certain discounts.

Q4. How is your MOQ requirement?

Our MOQ is at least one 20 feet container for the building materials. For sculptures, the MOQ can be one set.

Q5. How do we go to your factory for visiting?

We will let our driver to pick you up at airport or hotel to go to our factory for visiting.

Q6. How do we ship the goods?

We will quote you the ocean freight, tax and inland delivery fee. Our shipping forwarder will provide professional service to ensure your shipment arrives at your place smoothly.

Q7. How many tones are available for one 20’container?

Usually, one container can load 27 tones and transported to European ports, and 21 tones to American ports.

About packing

After many times test, we developed the safest method to pack the marble items, like the follow-wooden crate with plastic film inside .In case any damages incurred, please send us a claim with pictures attached as soon as possible (no later than 72hours). We will dispatch our carrier to do inspection. After necessary review/verification, the damage belongs to original defects or our packing fault , we will arrange to replacement parts for you.

3. Freight: the shipping freight is depend on total weight and cube of the ordered item. We quoted the freight, the price directly from the shipping company.
